Screw Mounted Plastic ABS RFID Anti Metal Tag

This Screwed Plastic ABS RFID On Metal Tag is designed with a hard housing which make it rugged, waterproof and durable. It has a resistance to harsh environment so it’s ideal for outdoor using on metalic obejects’ surface. Typically applications such as logistics tracking, patrol/inspection management, warehouse shelf management, inventory tracking, even transportation metro, etc.

TP-RFID company produces and supplies Anti Metal ABS tag in long shapes as well as round ones. Both of long and round disc tag could be installed by screw, rivet and adhesive 3M glue or even a cable tie. Normalement, long tag is with UHF chip to realize a long reading range, while round disc has a shorter reading range but could be embedded any chip just depends on your requirements. For outdoor application, you may consider epoxy filling to protect water. For metal condition, you may consider anti-metal layer additional to avoid the short reading distance.
