  • SLE5528 Smart Card

    SLE5528 card is a standard, low-cost EEPROM memory smartcard with 1K bytes of available storage, with an irreversible write protection feature and a 2-byte programmable security code. The SLE5528 is a fully-compatible, upgraded version of the SLE4428.

  • FM4442 Smart Card

    FM4442 smart card offers the same chip capabilities as the Infineon SLE4442 which has now been discontinued. It offers 256×8 Bits EEPROM with write protect functions and programmable security code. The FM4442 also features irreversible byte-wise write protection. It’s contact configuration is in accordance to ISO standard 7816 (synchronous transmission) and it has a minimum of 100,000 write/erase cycles. Typical applications include customer loyalty cards, health cards, membership cards, school cards, vending cards, identity cards & access control.

    AT24C64 contact memory smart card is a card without encryption process. This card contains 64K-bits EEPROM memory size, R/W (non protected).

    ICODE SLI is a dedicated chip for intelligent label applications like supply chain management as well as baggage and parcel identification in airline business and mail services. This IC is the first member of a product family of smart label ICs based on the ISO standard ISO/ IEC 15693.

    The I-CODE system offers the possibility of operating labels simultaneously in the field of the reader antenna (Anticollision). It is designed for long range applications.
