RFID Card Prelam Inlay Sheet is also known as RFID Card inlay or RFID prelam PVC sheet, etc. Prelam stands for pre-laminated. This means fusing together single layers under pressure and high temperature in special lamination press machinery after the electronic parts have been embedded into the carrier material and assembled. Pre-laminated card inlay sheet is a semi-finished product which need to have a completely flat finish. It is specially for RFID card making. It removes process difficulties, provides card manufacturers with a durable and convenient solution for cards’ making. And brings numerous benefits to card manufacturers.
